How do AI agents manage a field workforce?
One roster shows who is in, who can drive what, who is on a job and who is close to the hours limit. The agents watch it and turn every gap into something handled.
What the agent does
Builds the roster
Shifts are planned from templates for many drivers at once, by time, date range and weekday, with a preview before they are created.
Checks hours live
You set daily and weekly limits, rest and break rules once. Every event is logged against them: limit exceeded, rest violated, consecutive days, and near misses before a limit is reached.
Catches the no-show
A driver who has not clocked in after the grace period is an alert within the minute, with a proposed re-assignment.
Keeps one app for the day
Clock-in, breaks, trips, messages and inspections are in the app the driver already uses, in Arabic and English.
One request, start to finish

What a person still decides
- The rules. Limits, rest rules and the no-show grace period are yours to set.
- The swap. The agent proposes who can take over. You approve, or set it to act within rules you define.
- Overrides. A supervisor can override, and the override is logged.
What it does not do
- It is not a payroll or HR system. It exports the roster and actual hours for your payroll.
- It gives no legal guarantee. It logs events against the limits you configure.
Questions people ask
Does it replace our HR system?
No. It plans and tracks working time in the field and exports it. Leave requests and payroll stay where they are.
How do drivers clock in?
In the mobile app. With live presence switched on, every clocked-in driver is on the map, even between trips.
Can it plan next week's staffing?
Yes. The Planner agent answers questions such as how many drivers to roster next Tuesday, from capacity and demand estimates.
