How do AI agents manage a fleet?
Every vehicle becomes one live record with a health score. Six alert rules watch the fleet, and the agent tells you which vehicles should not go out before they leave the yard.
What the agent does
Scores every vehicle
A health score from 0 to 100, built from five weighted factors, with a confidence level and a trend. An early warning, written in plain language on request.
Watches with six rules
Low health score, overdue maintenance, critical inspection defects, missed service schedules, cost spikes and age or mileage thresholds. Alerts close themselves when the problem is fixed.
Warns before a date bites
Licence, insurance and inspection dates are colour-coded ahead of expiry, and you can ask for any of them in one sentence.
Maps without a tracking box
The driver's phone is the sensor. A fleet of 20 or 2,000 is on the live map on day one.
One request, start to finish
Example session. Names and numbers are illustrative; the tool calls are the platform's real tools.

- 25%Service compliance
- 20%Repair burden
- 15%Age and mileage risk
- 15%Cost trend
What a person still decides
- Taking a vehicle off the road. The agent flags and proposes. Changing a vehicle's status is your call.
- The thresholds. You set when an insurance or inspection warning starts.
- The work order. An alert can be acknowledged, dismissed or turned into a work order.
What it does not do
- It does not read the engine. There is no OBD or CAN-bus connection today. The score comes from inspections, service, repairs, age and cost.
- It does not predict failures. The score and its trend are an early warning.
Questions people ask
Do we need hardware in the vehicles?
No. Positions come from the driver's app during trips. Assets can be located with a printed marker and your cameras.
How is the health score calculated?
Inspection health 25 percent, service compliance 25, repair burden 20, age and mileage risk 15, cost trend 15.
Can the agent explain one vehicle?
Yes. It writes a short assessment of a vehicle or the whole fleet: summary, findings, risk level and recommendations.
